The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant named the petitioner along with other accused persons and alleged that they all assaulted his mother, sister and sister-in-law.
It is submitted that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the informant, however, opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that one lady got grievous injury on head but from perusal of the FIR it is not clear that who is the author of grievous injury.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23914 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that omnibus and general allegation is made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Civil Line P.S. Case No. 123 of 2015.
