JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. One Sim was used for demand of extortion money from a doctor and later on, it came to light that the aforesaid Sim was obtained placing forged documents of the informant of the present case and the said Sim had been sold from the shop of the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner was made accused in this case. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 13.2.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14765 of 2016 (2) dt.08-04-2016 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-VI, Bhagalpur in connection with Ishakchak (Tilkamanjhi) P.S.
