JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 18-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in Bounsi P.S. Case No. 99 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections-307, 379 & other minor Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report, there is specific allegation against this petitioner of causing injury to the informant by Dabiya. In the written report, it is allegedthat he gave several blows with Dabiya on the head of the informant.

Learned Sessions Judge has mentioned in the impugned order that the doctor has found three injuries on the head of the informant which finds mention at paragraph-16 of the case diary. Therefore, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
