Patna High Court CWJC No.17296 of 2021 dt.25-01-2022 2/3 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner is ready and willing to approach the respondent Bank, giving an offer for One Time Settlement or payment of amount settled by the Bank in equal instalments spread over a period of six months.

Bank has no objection to the same.

Let the petitioner make himself available in the office of Respondent No. 8 namely the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Panchveer Branch, Begusarai on 7th of February, 2022 and submit his offer. The said respondent shall consider the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17296 of 2021 dt.25-01-2022 3/3 petitioner's offer in accordance with law, and more so, the guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India. Petitioner's undertaking of paying the amount in lump sum or instalment, is accepted and taken on record. Till the proceedings are over, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner.

Liberty reserved to the parties to take recourse to such other remedies as are available in accordance with law. It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
