The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 32(2) and 41(1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

241 liters & 920 ml. of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from a Bolero vehicle, of which, petitioner was one of the occupant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 14.06.2020. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
