The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 307/353/332/414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Submission is that the FIR would reveal that firing and counter-firing took place from both sides. However, no one sustained fire-arm injury. The petitioner is in custody since 02.04.2019. Investigation of the case is complete. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46404 of 2019(2) dt.29-07-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No.22 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property in his name.
