Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and according to the prosecution case itself, deceased committed suicide jumping before train and informant claimed that deceased was tortured by the petitioner and his other family members as there was dispute between them on account of demand of partition.

Considering the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
