Mr. Rakesh Kumar Singh For the Respondent/s :

Mr. Prashant Pratap -GP2 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 04-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In this case, the petitioner has complained that wrongly the private respondent no.6, Usha Kumari, has been appointed as Anganbari Sevika.

Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that straightway the petitioner has approached this Court instead of raising a grievance before the District Programme Officer, Jamui, the respondent no.3.

When an alternative remedy is available to the petitioner, she must firstly exhaust the same and only thereafter she could have approached this Court.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15387 of 2018(2) dt.04-10-2018 2/2 In that view of the matter, this writ application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to make a complaint before the District Programme Officer, Jamui who will be obliged to examine the grievance of the petitioner and will pass a reasoned order in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing to the person concerned.
