JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-03-2020 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- (a) An appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) commanding the respondents to grant the PDS Shop under Licence No. 11 of 2007 at Village-Bajitpur, Bhathu Panchayat, within Ghosi Prakhand, District Jehanabad, to the petitioner No. 1 the daughter of Late Kamla Singh who was holding the license for the said shop till his death on 04.12.2016.

(b) In alternative direct the respondents to grant said PDS Shop under License No. 11 of 2007 at Village- Bajitpur, Bhathu Panchayat, within Ghosi Prakhand, District

Patna High Court CWJC No.14139 of 2019(2) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 Jehanabad, to the petitioner No. 2, the widow of aforesaid Late Kamla Singh.

(c) An appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) commanding the respondents to act in accordance with law and take a decisions on the representation filed by the petitioner no. 1 on 24.07.2018.

(d) Any other relief(s) to which the petitioners are found entitled to.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seek liberty to approach the District Magistrate, Jehanabad for redressal of their aforesaid grievances.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach District Magistrate, Jehanabad for redressal of their aforesaid grievances, and in case appropriate representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of by a reasoned and a speaking order within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
