JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a,26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner and one co-accused were caught while they were standing in front of a Bank and it is alleged that two live cartridges and one instrument were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 30.12.2015.

No doubt, earlier petitioner was made accused in two cases, but taking into consideration the above stated fact as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14967 of 2016 (2) dt.11-04-2016 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No.260 of 2015.
