2. The petitioner by invoking the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court, seeks a direction upon the respondent District Land Settlement Officer, Bhagalpur to correct the Revisional Survey Khatian in which the petitioner's land has wrongly been entered in the name of other persons.
3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner after some argument seeks permission to approach before the District Land Settlement Officer, Bhagalpur for redressal of her grievance.

4. Considering the prayer of the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a proper application before the respondent no. 5, preferably within a period of four weeks from today.
5. If such an application is filed alongwith the necessary documents in support of her claim, the same shall be considered and disposed of by giving opportunity of hearing to all the concerned, preferably within a further period of twelve weeks.
