This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Teghara P.S. Case No. 177 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 419 and 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.06.2022. In view of the fact that there is no recovery of gold from the possession of the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent, this regular bail application is allowed. This is subject to the condition that petitioner shall mark his attendance in Teghara Police Station, DistrictBegusarai on first Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
