This application is filed for quashing of the order dated 24/12/2021 passed by Special Judge cum 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Motihari in Complaint Case No. C-55 of 2021 whereby and, whereunder, the learned Special Judge has taken cognizance of the offence under Section 323, 420 of Indian Penal Code and 3(i)(r)(s) of the SC/ST Act.

In view of the settlement between the parties as has been accepted by Sri Waliur Rehman appearing for opposite party no. 2, this application is allowed.
