Case No. 116 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 279, 304, 304(A), 337, 338 and 427 of the I.P.C.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is alleged that the petitioner being the truck driver dashed many vehicles in which five persons have been died. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 07.04.2015 and the charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23455 of 2015 (3) dt.12-08-2015 2/2 that the petitioner had no intention to commit accident. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Buxar, in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S.
