This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sri Krishnapuri P.S. Case No. 103 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners herein, who are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased boy is that the deceased committed suicide on account of being mentally harassed by the mother-in-law, father-in-law and the wife. Even in the suicide note the deceased boy has stated that he has committed suicide since he has been harassed by his mother-inlaw, father-in-law and wife. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

No.56703 of 2017 (3) dt.09-01-2018 2/2 father-in-law and mother-in-law, who are the petitioners herein, have nothing to do with the alleged incident inasmuch they were living at their place of residence far away from the place where the boy had committed suicide. It is further submitted that the so called suicide note is fabricated and forged and the motive of the informant side is to extract money from the petitioners herein. The petitioners are said to be having a clean antecedent Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Sri Krishnapuri P.S. Case No. 103 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.
