2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Session Trial No. 840 of 2012 arising out of Danapur P.S. Case No. 65 of 2011 registered for the offence under Sections 395, 397, 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. This is a case of misuse of conditions of bail. The petitioner is in jail since 24.05.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner will appear regularly either personally or through his advocate in the trial Court and he will not misuse the privilege of bail.

5. Considering the period of custody and also

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56986 of 2024(4) dt.26-10-2024 2/2 considering the fact that this is a case of misuse of conditions of bail, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if charge has not already been framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge VI, Danapur concerned Court in connection with Session Trial No. 840 of 2012 arising out of Danapur P.S. Case No. 65 of 201.

7. After the release, the petitioner will co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Noncompliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
