The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 121 of 2021 dated 19.03.2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 447, 341, 323, 326, 307 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It has been alleged in the First Information Report that the petitioner and two others were fighting when a co-associate/Subodh opened fire, leading to one injury on the person of the Informant.

The petitioner has not been attributed with any positive overt act and is in custody since 26.04.2022. The accused person who is said to have caused injury on the Informant has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court.

Regard being had to the aforenoted facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 121 of 2021.
