NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 14-12-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner has prayed for payment of Provident Fund which has been authorized by the GPF office, District, Hajipur on 24.01.2018 but the same has not been paid. Counsel for the State submits that the GPF amount has already been sanctioned and a bill was submitted by the District Provident Fund Office, Vaishali and a sum of Rs.8,06442/- has already been sent to the Treasury Officer on
