Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.1698(C ) of 2016 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 498A, 494 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per the complaint petition is that the husband of the informant used to assault her, she has two children also and married with another lady, who is daughter of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is not father of the alleged second wife rather he is uncle which he has stated in para 16 and except

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge -XIII cum ACJM, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No.1698©/2016 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
