Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner is said to have opened fire causing firearm injury to informant's father, who was declared dead when he was brought to the hospital.

No doubt, the alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on account of land dispute but considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the
