JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-07-2019 The present review petition has been filed seeking review of the order dated 24.06.2019 passed in CWJC No. 12120 of 2019 and now the review petitioner seeks a direction upon the respondent no. 5 to conclude the encroachment proceeding bearing Encroachment Case No. 6A of 2018-19 pending before the Circle Officer, Naubatpur, District-Patna. Though the order dated 24.06.2019 is self sufficient, however, in order to clarify the order, the respondent no. 5 is directed to dispose off the aforesaid pending Encroachment Case No. 6A of 2018-19 by passing a final order under Section 6 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, after

Patna High Court C. REV. No.225 of 2019(3) dt.31-07-2019 2/2 considering the objection of the encroachers, within a period of 12 weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The review petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid directions.
