Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Birpur P.S.Case No.250 of 2016 registered for an offence under Sections 302/120B and other ancillary sections of the IPC. The case has been registered on the basis of self statement of SHO of Birpur. It is alleged that 53 named persons in a mob of 1000 unknown persons assaulted the deceased believing him involved in theft of a child. The allegation against this petitioner appears general and omnibus. The FIR named accused have been identified on the basis of CC TV video footage. The petitioner was identified on account of being the son of exMukhiya. The petitioner has clean antecedent. However, learned APP opposed the submissions.

Let the above named petitioner in the even of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Birpur (Supaul) in connection with Birpur P.S.Case No.250 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
