Petitioner is in jail custody since 09.02.2015 on the accusation that one country made loaded pistol along with five live cartridges were recovered from his conscious possession.. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Kiul in connection with G.R.P Kiul P.S.Case No. 14 of 2015.
