====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 02-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitionera and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners are expected to honour their undertaking to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, when called upon to do so by the office. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 493 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 498(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is case of harassment and torture to the informant by her husband for non-fulfilment of demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and falsely been implicated in

It is further submitted that petitioners are Bhaisur and Gotni of the victim and they are living separately for the last 8 years and have no concern with the mess and business of husband of the victim. It is further submitted that other co-accused persons, who happen to be the mother-in-law and father-in-law of the victim and their case is similar to the present petitioners, have been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 30.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41021 of 2020. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of his/their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 493 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
