Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 506 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., co-accused Kare Yadav opened fire which hit the brother of the informant Malik Yadav. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. No specific allegation of overt act has been alleged against the petitioners. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51255 of 2022(2) dt.19-12-2022 2/2 order dated 08.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 42852 of 2022. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, District Madhepura in Chausa (Fulaut O.P.)
