2. The present application is for cancellation of bail of opposite party No.2, the husband, who despite his assurance and undertaking of settling his differences with his spouse, has not done anything in that regard.

4. The mediation now stands failed.

5. In that view of the matter, it would be open to the petitioner to approach the Court below.

6. However, this Court must add that in case the opposite party no. 2 agrees to settle the differences, the Court below shall consider the same and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law.

7. The petition stands disposed off.
