The petitioner seeks bail in Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 200/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 47(A) of the Bihar Excise Act.

It is alleged that 200 pouches of country made wine each containing 200ml. were recovered from the house of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 02.03.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than four and half months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25577 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 200/2013.
