JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that one country made loaded pistol and 28 live cartridges were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner carries criminal antecedent of one case , I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Khagaria ( Muffasil) P.S.Case No. 12 of 2016, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria stands rejected. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible, preferably, within four months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order, failing which petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the trial court itself.
