The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 328, 307, 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal and Sections 20 & 22 of N.D.P.S. Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is of administering Trika tablet mixed tea to a person and when that person became unconscious after taking tablet mixed tea, the petitioner took away his belongings.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 11-07-2018. Charge sheet in this case has already been submitted. The petitioner has

There is no other substantive evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioner in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit an amount of Rs. 10,000/- which shall be subject to final outcome of the case.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to deposit an amount of Rs. 10,000/- which shall be subject to final outcome of the case. On doing so, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-Ist-cum-Special Judge, Darbhanga in connection with G.O. Case No. 07 of 2018 arising out of Darbhanga (Rail) P.S. Case No. 146 of 2018.
