No. 51098 of 2019 in connection with Complaint Case No. 84 of 2019 with a direction to him to surrender before the Court below
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3629 of 2021(2) dt.20-01-2021 2/3 within a period of eight weeks and furnishing bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has approached this Court through the present application seeking extension of time for surrendering before the Court below.
For the reasons stated in the application for the extension of time for surrendering before the Court below, the prayer is allowed.
The order dated 02.09.2020, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51098 of 2019, is modified to the extent that if the petitioner, above named, surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks to be counted from today, he shall be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Complaint Case No. 84 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3629 of 2021(2) dt.20-01-2021 3/3 Cr.P.C.
With the aforesaid modification, the application stands allowed.
