The petitioner is languishing in custody since 27.03.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452/354 of the Indian Penal Code and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

It is alleged that the informant was sleeping in her house when in the mid-night she woke up when the petitioner caught her hand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled and the investigation has already concluded.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24505 of 2015 (2) dt.23-07-2015 2/2 the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge -cum- Additional Sessions Judge-I, POCSO, Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 43 of 2015.
