In this case, the petitioner had approached this Court in C.W.J.C. No.12744 of 2013 and this Court vide order dated 04.10.2016 disposed of the said writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the appropriate authority, but no such application has been filed. He has not filed appropriate application before the District Programme Officer and only given the information with regard

Instead of giving information, the petitioner should have filed proper application, raising the grievances along with entire details of the claim, but that step has not been taken by the petitioner. Again the petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing this writ petition. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition in view of the fact that the petitioner has not acted in terms of the order passed by this Court. Let the petitioner should act in terms of the order passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.12744 of 2013. If such an application is filed, the authority will hear both the sides and decide the same on its merit within a period of six months from the date of filing of application by the petitioner. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
