Petitioner seeks bail in Thawe P.S.Case No. 30 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b) a, 26,35 of the Arms Act and section 8(c), 20(a) of the N.D.P.S Act. As per prosecution case, one Motorcycle was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has committed no offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Further submitted that no narcotic substance and illegal arms have been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 8.02.2021

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58524 of 2021(2) dt.04-02-2022 2/2 Investigation has been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also period of detention of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Gopalganj in connection with Thawe P.S.Case No. 30 of 2021.
