2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307, 353, 333/34 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, these petitioners and other accused persons attacked the police party and got freed coaccused Jai Prakash Rai from the police custody.

4. Considering the nature of accusation, prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
