The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 411, 412 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Nagmani Mahto, Chhotan Mahto (petitioner) and one Nitish Kumar were apprehended but no arm or ammunition was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The apprehended accused disclosed that they kept the looted articles in the house of the petitioner but no such article was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39111 of 2015 (2) dt.27-08-2015 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Cheria Bariarpur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2015.
