Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 467, 468, 471, 406, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, this petitioner along with other accused persons were caught while taking the physical test for other persons by impersonating and making forgery in the documents and photographs submitted for the examination conducted by Bihar Staff Selection Commission. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. It is submitted that petitioner is victim of circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58425 of 2021(2) dt.04-02-2022 2/2 and in effort to get Govt. job he is cheated by other persons in the name of giving him service. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 03.08.2021 and investigation in this case is complete.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Danapur, Patna in connection with Khagaul PS case No.146/2021.
