Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under sections 302, 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are named in the first information report and it is alleged that they along with several other accused assaulted the informant and his other family members as a result whereof informant's father as well as one Keshav Singh and some others got injuries. Furthermore, it is alleged that in course of treatment, informant's father, namely, Arjun Singh died. From perusal of the first information report, it would appear that it was co- accused Haridwar Singh who assaulted the deceased Arjun Singh with the butt of the rifle and so far as petitioner no.1 is concerned, it is alleged that he along with one FIR named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15758 of 2016 (2) dt.19-04-2016 accused Subhash Singh assaulted the injured Keshav Singh who got two injuries, but the aforesaid injuries appear to have been found on the hands of the injured.

Moreover, having more or less similar allegation some coaccused persons have already been granted privilege of bail by this court.

Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Udwantnagar P.S. Case no. 182/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
