The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act. Prosecution case, in short, is that one country made pistol and four live cartridges have been recovered. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 1.3.2019. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. It is alleged that one country made pistol and four live cartridges have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Bhojpur, Arrah in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 43 of 2019.
