Mr. AJIT KUMAR ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-02-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 255 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 385, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The main allegation in the present case is against the accused person namely Ranjit Rishideo and this Court by an order dated 11.12.2018 had directed that the petitioners herein should ensure that the main accused person, namely Ranjit

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62969 of 2017(3) dt.06-02-2018 2/2 Rishideo surrenders before the court below.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the said accused person namely Ranjit Rishideo had already surrendered the learned court below of C.J.M., Araria on 01.02.2018 and to the said effect, he has produced the surrender receipt which is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid, I deem it fit and proper to admit the petitioners herein to the privilege of anticipatory bail since it appears from the record that they do not have complicity in the occurrence, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 255 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.Sb/- U T
