2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case No. 97 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 02.11.2015 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 46919 of 2015.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter as no fresh ground has been taken for reconsideration of the prayer of the petitioner. The petition stands dismissed.
