Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One unknown person jumped from the train with attaché of the informant and, subsequently, when the informant came at station, the police produced the petitioner along stolen attaché and the informant claimed that it was petitioner, who jumped from the train along with her attachee. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sugauli Rail P.S.Case No. 27 of 2015.
