Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. There is general allegation against the petitioner and some others that they assaulted the informant who sustained, altogether, three injuries, out of them one injury was found grievous in nature but grievous injury was found on the arm of the aforesaid injured. Moreover, it is not specific who caused the aforesaid grievous injury.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Khizersarai P.S. Case no. 326/2015.
