The petitioner is accused in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 240 of 2012 registered under sections 302, 120(B) of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of C.J.M., Saharsa.

Earlier prayer of the petitioner was rejected vide Cr. Misc. No. 34108 of 2013 on 09.04.2014 by this Court on merit taking into consideration the nature of allegation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no fresh ground to re-consider the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, the application stands rejected.
