3. Petitioner's counsel is hereby directed to serve copy of the petition to the State counsel.

4. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions,

Patna High Court CWJC No.3566 of 2021 dt.31-01-2022 2/2 particularly a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing and commanding the Respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment on the post of constable pursuance to order passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Manjesh Kumar and others Vs The State of Bihar in Writ Petition(s) (Civil) No. 1133/2019 and appoint the petitioner on the post of constable who had already passed his eligibility test against the advertisement No. 1/2004 and be further pleased to pass any order/orders for which petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

5. In support of the aforesaid relief, petitioner has submitted representation, as is evident from Annexures- 2 and 3 respectively.

6. The concerned respondent is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's representation within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

7. With the above observations, the instant petition stands disposed of.
