2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 137(2), 140(3), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per prosecution case, all the three FIR named accused persons including these petitioners kidnapped minor daughter of informant for the purpose of marriage.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that only because petitioners are friends of co-accused Sonu Kumar, they have falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that the victim, in her statement recorded under section 183 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has not taken name of these petitioners nor she has alleged any wrong against them, rather she has alleged that it was co-accused Sonu Kumar who forcibly kidnapped her, confined in a house and later forcibly married with her and made physical relationship. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail.
6. Considering section 183 BNSS statement of the victim, prayer for bail of all these petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let
