JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2015 The petitioner is languishing in custody since 15.02.2015 in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 40 of 2015 for the offences instituted under Sections 392/411 of the I.P.C. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that on 13.02.2015 at 13.30 P.M. near Central Bank, Riga, the informant has made fardbeyan before the police and recorded by Shambhu Sharan Gupta S.I., S.H.O. of Riga Police Station regarding Rs. 2,00,000/- cash snatched by the accused persons when he was going to his house on foot in the meantime, three persons came on motorcycle and snatched the bag of the informant and then he made hulla in the meantime, police came and the accused persons were caught

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24070 of 2015 (2) dt.06-07-2015 2/2 and looted articles have been recovered from possession of the accused persons and on the basis of the aforesaid facts. F.I.R. has been lodged.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case due to enmity. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2015. It is further submitted that the petitioner may be released on bail after completion of six months in custody. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail after completion of six months in custody from 15.02.2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi, in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 40 of 2015.
