Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code, in which, later on, Sections-364/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

One Priyanshu Kumar was caught by the police and the aforesaid Priyanshu Kumar disclosed the name of petitioner and stated that he along with petitioner and others had made a plan to commit dacoity and kidnapping of a doctor. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 25-01-2016, let
