The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 174 of 2022 dated 17.06.2022 registered for the offences punishable under Section 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged victim girl was found to be aged about seventeen years and five months. The statement made under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., the victim girl has said that she has eloped with the boy and got married to him.
