The petitioners seek bail in a case under Section 20, 21, 22 and 23 of N.D.P.S. Act.

The police apprehended Deo Narayan Mahto, Dilip Mandal and Pramod Mandal. From the possession of Deo Narayan

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23920 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 Mahto 45 kg. Ganja was recovered. From the possession of Dilip Mandal 36 kg. Ganja was recovered and from the possession of Pramod Mandal, petitioner of Cr. Misc. No. 25041/2015, 4 kg. Ganja was recovered. Deo Narayan Mahto confessed his guilt and disclosed the name of Md. Imteyaz, whose house was searched and from his house 2 kg. Ganja was recovered, as appears from the seizure list, page 32 of the bail petition. Considering the fact that 4 kg. Ganja was recovered from the possession of Pramod Mandal and 2 kg. from the possession of Imteyaz, which is much less than the commercial quantity, and they are in jail since 26.02.2015, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Darbhanga in Sakatpur P.S. Case No. 12/2015 corresponding to G.O. case No. 14/2015(old)/07 of 2015 (rectified). (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U T
