The instant application has been filed for modification of the order dated 2.9.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 15699 of 2021.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the main petition of Cr. Misc. no. 15699 of 2021 the petitioner had inadvertently been described as son of "Ramashish Rai" instead of the correct "Akhilesh Kumar Singh" which would be evident from the photocopy of the petitioner's Aadhar Card which has been enclosed with the instant modification application.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the materials on record including the photocopy of the Aadhar Card of the petitioner which has been

No.57606 of 2021(2) dt.29-09-2021 2/2 enclosed to this modification application, let the description of the petitioner on page no. 1 of the order dated 2.9.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 15699 of 2021 be modified to read as "Pintu @ Raiji @ Kishore Kunal @ Kishor Kunal son of Akhilesh Ray @ Akhilesh Kumar Singh resident of village-Gaurichak, P.S. Gaurichak, District Patna". The remaining part of the order dated 2.9.2021 shall remain unchanged.
The modification application stands allowed to the above extent.
